Digital Masterclass

Levels of digital literacy within teams, more often than not, differ wildly. When digital opportunities go unseen, simply because your team lacks the understanding to identify and confidence to action them, this represents an opportunity cost to your business.

Arthur St’s Digital Fundamentals Intensive is a series of training modules aimed at bringing everyone in your team onto the same spreadsheet. Building understanding of the skills needed to master digital marketing toolkits, plug knowledge gaps and identify opportunities and who champions them.

The Geelong Cats Football Club’s marketing team engaged Arthur St to run a full-day digital intensive. The training session kicked off with a “knowledge identifier,” bringing out into the open digital literacy across the team.

Skilling up on the commercial side of digital was also explored. Through an interactive session, the ways paid digital can drive better marketing outcomes was investigated. 

 

The Solution

Membership is the lifeblood of the Geelong Cats. So the group gave over the remainder of the session to discovering approaches to better engage with existing members and digital tools to recruit new ones.
