Kicking off his professional career with News Corp, Matt performed a range of media and marketing roles, specifically with the Herald Sun, The Weekly Times, and Fox Sports where he was responsible for developing digital content strategies.

It was in this role that Matt developed his skills and passion for lead generation which led him to establish the boutique marketing agency, Arthur St.

Chantelle leads Arthur St Digital’s AI strategy with over 8 years at the agency. Her evolution from digital marketing to AI strategy happened naturally—driven by her focus on creating positive experiences and moments of delight.

Over the past 18 months, Chantelle has moved into AI strategy because she sees artificial intelligence as a huge opportunity to help clients enhance experiences and work more effectively.
With a background in digital marketing and technical skills in UX design and website development, plus Cambridge certification in Data-Driven Customer Experience, Chantelle focuses on iterative AI implementation. Her human-centered approach ensures she designs solutions that deliver quick wins while building toward long-term strategic success.
